The performance of this agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party such as acts of god, war, government regulations, disasters, civil disorder, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the parties seeking protection of this clause) or curtailment of transportation facilities – to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the Hotel’s facilities. The ability to terminate this agreement without liability pursuant of this paragraph is conditional upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forth the basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical; but no later than ten 10 days after learning of such basis.
Cancellations
Once an event is cancelled/date changed by the event booker, the hotel loses the business opportunity for the said day on account of refusing other guest enquiries by the hotel. In view of the above, any refund of non-refundable advance shall be governed by the cancellation refunds table below, in the unlikely event of cancellation and advance refunds. Should the deposits received be insufficient to meet the cancellation fee amount, the Client is liable to pay to Hotel the balance due within 7 days of cancellation
Terms and Conditions
• All Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages charges on actual consumption. As per our policy outside liquor is not allowed. • Rooms & Events will be confirmed only after signing the contract with 50% non- refundable advance amount. • All Audio Visual, decoration, transport and all event related services will have to be sourced from hotel empanelled vendors and the same would be charged at the current applicable rates. If the guest chooses to take these services from any other vendor, 20% of complete event set-up cost will be charged as USER CHARGES, by the hotel to the such vendors. • As per government rules it is mandatory to procure the PPL, Novex, IPRS licenses for events with entertainment programs like live performances, DJ, Musical Nights etc. also it is mandatory to procure local police permission for every event. • Foreigners without valid visa Shouldn’t be attending conferences, Business Activity or Perform in any Activity • Individual billing shall be made for food & hall rental with applicable taxes. • Cash payment of INR 1,99,999 is accepted on submission of a PAN Card.
